Paychex in developed talks to implement Paycor HCM : Yarn

(RTTNews) – Paychex Inc. (PAYX) is in advanced discussions to implement Paycor HCM Inc. (PYCR), a smaller payroll processing competitor, Bloomberg reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The deal, which could be announced as soon as this week, is not yet finalized and negotiations could quietly collapse, the spokesman said.

As of Friday, Paycor HCM had a market cap of $3.33 billion.
