(RTTNews) – SPS Commerce, Inc. (SPSC), spoke Thursday about reaching an agreement to acquire Carbon6 Technologies, Inc., a supplier of instruments for Amazon sellers, including the truth is educated offers to restore profits for everyone. first (1P) and third (3P) suppliers.
SPS Commerce will acquire Carbon6 for a full content tag valued at approximately $210 million, approximately 40% of which may be SPS Commerce stock.

With expectations for a dominant quarter, SPS Commerce expects the acquisition to add approximately $7.0 million in earnings and a breakeven gain in Adjusted EBITDA.
For fiscal 365 days 2025, the company expects the acquisition to add approximately $40.0 million to earnings and expects adjusted EBITDA to be accretive by approximately $5.5 million.
