UK CMA triggers an investigation into Iberrol / NWEN merger

(RTTNews) – Competition and markets in the UK or CMA reported that Miles has investigated the completed acquisition of Iberrol SA (IBDSF.PK), a Spanish renewable company, from northwestern electrical energy networks (Jersey).

Iberdrola has acquired the purchase through its Scottish Energy Vitality Networks Holdings Ltd.
