Kaiser Aluminum Executive Chair Jack Hockem Retires; Appoints Keith Harvey as President

(RTTNews) – Kaiser Aluminum Corp . (KALU) presented by Jack Hockema, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, has informed the Board of Directors of his decision to retire as a director of the Company effective January 1, 2025.

The Company has appointed Keith Harvey, President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, as Chairman of the Board and Kimberly Glas as a Director to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors created by Hockema’s retirement, both effective January 1, 2025 .

Glas will serve as a Class I director with a term expiring at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and will be eligible to serve on the Audit and Sustainability Committees without fail.
